You did all of the things mentioned in the quote, and they made a great difference in our mother's life. Your skills, patience, and loving attitudes were such a blessing for her, especially as her condition continued to worsen.
We know that you went the extra mile (or five) in your care of her, and that allowed her stay in the place that had become her home. Please accept our sincere thanks for making our mother's stay at Villa Angela so comfortable, and secure.
You also provided much needed support for us as we watched mother decline. You took the time to explain what was happening, to share experiences, smiles and hugs, to suggest how we might help, and to listen to our concerns. You treated us with the same respect, kindness and love that you showed our mother.
You are such special people. You have had such a profoundly positive effect on our lives. Never underestimate the importance of what you do.
