On September 25, 2020, it has been determined that one nursing facility staff member tested positive for COVID-19. We have not had three or more residents or staff develop new onset of respiratory symptoms occurring within 72 hours of each other. Therefore, cumulatively to date since March 2020 we have one nursing facility resident and one nursing facility staff member who tested positive for COVID-19. We are taking necessary infection prevention and control measures to limit potential exposures which includes testing the residents and staff.
