St. Anne Home Certified as a Great Place to Work®

POSTED Jul 20, 2018

(Greensburg, PA) – Great Place to Work Institute has honored St. Anne Home, in Greensburg, with certification as a Great Place to Work. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do. “St. Anne Home is proud to be recognized for being a great place to work. We view all of our employees as caregivers, thus we strive to take care of the people who deliver the care to others. Each is vital to our healing mission of care and services to the frail and vulnerable. Our investment in our caregivers, which includes tuition reimbursement, pension benefits, and health, vision, dental and life insurance as well as wellness programs, reflects our core value of Respect for Human Dignity that we have for each person,” said Jeff Long, President and CEO. “We applaud St. Anne Home for seeking certification and releasing its employees’ feedback,” said Dr. Jacquelyn Kung, of Great Place to Work’s senior care affiliate Activated Insights. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace for high performance.” For more information, visit greatplacetowork.com, stannehome.org, or contact St. Anne Home at 724-837-6070.
